My Healio is a platform for counseling, personal growth, and mental wellness.
We do not provide emergency medical or crisis intervention services.If you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe crisis, or thinking about self-harm, please immediately contact your local emergency services or a dedicated national crisis helpline.
Eligibility & Scope of Services
Age Requirement
To utilize our counseling services independently, you must be of legal age (18 years or older), or have explicit parental/guardian consent if you are a minor.
Nature of Relationship
The platform connects users with qualified counselors. The use of our services does not establish a psychiatrist-patient relationship or replace traditional clinical medical treatment.
User Conduct & Account Safety
Account Confidentiality
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and respect the professional boundaries of our counseling team.
Prohibited Behaviour
Harassment, abusive language, or disruption of services will result in immediate termination of your account parameters.
Payments, No Cancellation & Refunds
Booking & Payments
All sessions must be paid for in advance through our secure online payment portal.
No Cancellation Policy
We do not allow cancellations for any confirmed sessions under any circumstances.
Refund Policy
All payments made to My Healio are non-refundable, including missed sessions, no-shows, and completed sessions.
Payments made using offers, discounts, or promotional codes are also non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
My Healio and its affiliates provide this platform on an "as-is" basis. While we thoroughly vet our counselors, My Healio acts as an enabler of services and shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from individual counselor-client interactions.
Our counselors are independent professionals. The outcomes of counseling sessions may vary for each individual, and we do not guarantee any specific results.
Governing Law
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage users to first contact us to resolve any concerns amicably before initiating any legal proceedings.
