I started My Healio because I lived the problem. As a student in Jaipur, I saw how many of us were silently struggling - with exam stress, identity, loneliness - but couldn't access therapy because it felt too expensive, too formal, or just too far away. I wanted to build something that felt less like a clinic and more like a friend who happens to be a professional. My Healio is my answer to that gap. With Rci licensed expertise and a team of empathetic counsellors, we're making mental wellness accessible, affordable, and genuinely human.
